ECC Performance at SKA Mall Pekanbaru Highlights Students’ Talents
Last Saturday (13/6), students of SD Santa Maria II proudly participated in the ECC Performance at SKA Mall Pekanbaru, presenting a variety of performances that highlighted their creativity, confidence, and communication skills. The event brought together students, teachers, and parents in a joyful celebration of learning beyond the classroom.
The program featured performances from several English Conversation Classes, including Grades 1A, 2A, 2B, 3A, 3B, 4A, 4B, and 5A. Students confidently took the stage to demonstrate their English abilities through group performances, while special solo singing performances added excitement to the event. Throughout the day, the audience enthusiastically supported every participant and celebrated their achievements.
The ECC Performance at SKA Mall Pekanbaru provided students with valuable opportunities to develop public speaking skills, teamwork, and self-confidence. By performing in front of a public audience, students learned to express themselves effectively while strengthening their communication abilities in English. The event also encouraged students to appreciate the hard work and dedication required to prepare for a successful performance.
Parents and teachers expressed their appreciation for the students’ efforts. One parent shared, “We are very proud to see our children perform confidently on stage and use English in a real-world setting.” A teacher also commented, “This event helps students build confidence, responsibility, and a positive attitude toward learning English.”
Through the ECC Performance at SKA Mall Pekanbaru, SD Santa Maria II continues to support holistic student development by providing meaningful opportunities for students to grow academically and personally. The school hopes that experiences like this will inspire students to keep learning, exploring their talents, and developing the confidence needed for future success.*****
